Food Safety

Food safety has been a top priority throughout the installation project. All equipment has been carefully selected to optimize hygiene, efficiency, and flexibility.

The blending and product feeding systems are based on Matcon’s stainless steel IBC solutions, including mixers and discharge stations. Product transport is carried out entirely by gravity through tubing and hoses supplied by Jacobs and BFM.

This mixing system design ensures full control over the cleaning process between batches, significantly reducing cleaning time while maintaining high hygiene standards.

Pouch packing is performed using machines from Mespack and Wolf. These systems allow for flexible dosing of a wide range of ingredients through two separate dosing stages. The line also supports the production and packaging of various pouch formats, including doy packs, zip closures, and other value-added features.

Quality control is ensured using scales from Flintab, X-ray systems from Cassel, and checkweighers from Teltek. Together, these systems guarantee that products meet specifications, are correctly packed, and are free from foreign contaminants.
